With a join efforts, the Liberia intelligence security forces (National Security agency) and Liberia National Police identifies a huge caches of firearms and ammunition at the Freeport of Monrovia. According to the Police Inspector general, Patrick Sudue at a press conference stated ” military weapons were found in a shipping container.

According to the Inspector General, nine people were charged for criminal conspiracy, frauds, property theft, economic sabotage, criminal facilitation as tactics to suppress the nation economy. Some of whom are employees of the FDA Liberia Forestry Development Authority, some business personals, and a former police officers.

A search warrant was given the LNP to search the home of Boye Benjamín Baker a US resident lived in Texas also work with the American Airline is identified as the suspect of these weapons export to Liberia.

The LNP and Join security will make sure Liberia goes through a successful election. The public is insure with safety. There will be public and vehicle inspections in the upcoming days.

According to the Inspector General, his investigation is an international collaboration to investigation him since the suspect since it is a cross border affairs. The Liberia Ministry of Foreign Affairs will ensure action is taken and investigation comes to conclusive act behind the activity. Because as these weapons falls in the hands of the wrong people, it will be Liberia worst nightmares.
